The 404 error results when a URL (website name) is entered that doesn't exist. For Mastt an example could be www.mastt.com.au/fake-url-not-real.
1. The URL may have existed previously. We try not to break old URLs but if it does occur then we recommend starting at the homepage (www.mastt.com.au) and navigating to where you need to go through the menus.
2. The URL you entered may have a spelling mistake or a space accidentally included, double check the URL and remove the additional characters.
3. In some cases the 404 error may mean that you do not have access to the resource you are trying to access. You can check with your Organisation Admin to see if you have access to that resource.
