If you've made comments or added attachments during your Adding or Editing of a Budget, Budget Adjustment, Contract, Variation or Forecast, you can see those in the Detail Views.
If we use a Contract as an example, we can access a Detailed Views as follows.
Step 1: From the 'Overall’ page or Contracts Register, Click on the ‘title’ of a Contract, to access a Detailed View. You can click on the title to access the Detail View for other items including Budgets, Budget Adjustments, Variations and Forecasts.
Step 2: Once in the Detailed View, navigate the details of the Contract by using the mini tabs. The mini tabs display only information relevant to that item, including the Comments, Attachments and an Audit History.
