Overview of Mastt
After reading, 'What is Mastt?', there are three main modules that Mastt focuses on. These are:
By clicking each of the modules, you will be able to find out more information on how each of these Modules work within Mastt.
|A Project in Mastt is the home for your management and administration of contracts on a given real-world planning, design, or construction project. We have arranged and automated all of the key processes and procedures required for best-practice management of a project without the need to touch a single document or spreadsheet to give project managers a new predictive and reliable way to deliver projects.|
|Programs||A Program is roll-up or collection of projects. Projects in Mastt are aggregated into one view to give organisations, PMOs, and program managers ultimate visibility into the projects they are responsible for.|
|Portfolios||A Portfolio is a roll-up or collection of projects and programs. These are collaborated in one to create a portfolio allowing portfolio managers to easily view all projects and programs within their organisation. |
|Registers||A Register is the term given to a list or record and is available for Budgets, Budget Adjustments, Contracts, Variations, Risks, and more from the Menu within a Project, Program, or Portfolio. |
|The Hamburger Menu exposes the left panel which shows you the list of different modules available to your Project. Depending on what Modules you have decided to use, these will show as available or disabled.|
|The Show/Hide Menu sometimes referred to as the 'pizza' menu - exposes the right panel, which shows you a list of columns that can be turned on/off.|
The Three Dots Menu is located adjacent to anything you have created in Mastt. When clicking the Three Dots Menu, this will reveal multiple settings and functions for that item, such as 'Edit Desciprtion', 'Add Variation'.
|Need to know more about a particular item? 'Deep Dive' in Mastt by clicking the titles of Budgets, Contracts, Variations, Claims, and more to reveal a Detailed View that provides item-specific information in addition to Comments, Attachments, and Audit History.|
|An Organisation Admin is someone who has the ability to oversee the entire Project or Organisation account; managing everything from users, Projects, Programs, and settings. This allows for one team member (or more if you choose) to manage his/her team effectively and securely.|
Wondering how to keep track of your team's activity? The Audit Log is your answer. You will find it in the Hamburger Menu and in the Detailed View of Budgets, Contracts, Variations, Claims, and more.
